General Information: Twentieth century referred to as era of communication is grateful to the radio and television of course. Radio and television are means of cummunication which hold a lot of most features, for example the most attractive, the cheapest, the most colorful, the funniest, the smartest, the most irritating things. In Turkey, people had the radios in the month of April in 1927, they had televisions on 31 January 1968 and since that day they have been a member of family in fact. Because radio and television become so popular, people both wonder the backstage and want to do this job. Radio and television departments in schools of business and vocational schools have been most chosen for ten years. Competition of private television channels provide business oppurtunities to the willing people. Under these circumstances, besides institutional holdings of the profession, application areas of backstage appear as well. With developing technology. The analog system which started printing has started to give place to digital printing. Education institutions must synchonize their teaching methods with this new Standard. The youngs who graduate from vocational schools which take cognizance of applied education, have a chance to get a job with their educations in their own departments, graphic design and journalism by taking external transfer exam which is taken by OSYM. Our grads may get jobs as a director, producer/assistant of produce, scenarist, scripter, reporter, director of /cameraman, director of editing/ of editing, assistant of Kj, electrician, sanger, personel of production photography, producer of radio programme assistant, Dj.
